What is the retainer fee for?
The retainer guarantees the time and date allotted for you is reserved and will not be offered to another client. The non-refundable retainer is due at the time of booking your session, and the amount is applied toward the total session fee.
If there is a need to reschedule session (sickness, weather), the retainer is transferable to your new session date within 1 year of the original session.
what if someone is sick the day of the session?
I understand sickness happens, especially with little kids! If you or your child are feeling ill, please call to reschedule as soon as possible.
what if the forecast calls for inclement weather?
If there is inclement weather on the day of your session (rain, high winds, extreme temperatures, etc), the photographer will contact you to discuss options or to reschedule. Wisconsin weather changes by the minute, so the call will be made about 4 hours before your scheduled session.
Will you travel for a session?
Yes! I am willing to travel to you or to a location that's special to your heart. Travel fees will apply for sessions located more than 20 miles outside of Neenah, Wisconsin (54956 zip code). Contact me for more information.
what types of payment do you accept?
I accept credit/debit cards, as well as cash payments. Sorry, I do not accept personal checks.
Do you offer any special pricing or discounts?
Existing clients: For each new (booked) client you refer to Lad + Lass, you'll receive a $25 credit in your account that you can apply towards your next session, prints, products, or gift cards.

when will i see my gallery?
Your portraits will be available to you in a private online gallery within 30 days of your session.
Refunds + Re-shoots
Due to the custom nature of each session, all sales final.
If a print or product order is received damaged or incorrect, please contact me for a replacement.
Re-shoots are at the discretion of the photographer, and will not be given for regretful personal choices such as hair and clothing choices.
